Step 1 - Update Smarthub
Update your Smarthub.
- Go to settings
→ household → hub settings → update software → update.

Step 2 - Back up the Smarthub
Note: Zigbee devices will not work after the restoration. Settings from the EnergyControl Panel and automations are not backed up.
- Go to settings
→ household → hub settings → create backup → backup.
Check that you have a new backup in the list of backups before you continue. Found under "restore backup".
Step 3 - Unpair the Smarthub
- Go to settings
→ household → hub settings → unpair Smarthub → unpair.
Do not disconnect the Smarthub while unpairing. After the pairing is removed, new options will appear on the dashboard in your app, including "add Smarthub".
Step 4 - Add your new Smarthub
Connect the new Smarthub and let it start up. Navigate to the dashboard.
- On the dashboard → Add Smarthub → scan the QR code on the new Smarthub.

Once the Smarthub is found, it will automatically update. Do not disconnect the Smarthub. You will receive a notification when the update is complete.
- Go to settings
→ household → hub settings → restore backup → select the latest backup.
