My car doesn’t charge as fast as I want?
There are many factors that affects the charging speed and all those factors are in a line from the grid in to your home, through the breakers, the charger, the cable and to your car. If one of these are limiting, that limit will be your maximum speed.
Read more about it here.
How does Smart Charging work with my car’s scheduling app?
For your car to charge, both Power Manager (our smart charging system) and your cars schedule needs to allow charging. If either one of these stops the charging session, it will stop.
Our recommendation is to disable your cars schedule and let our system do the job. If you do the other way around, Charge will not be available for optimisation with the rest of your home.

How can I override Power Manager when the prices are low or high?
No, not now. This is a highly requested feature that we are working on.
As a workaround, you can toggle off the charger in the Power Manager settings.
Energy tile → lightning → Power manager → managed devices.
Where do I see how much my car charged?
In the app, you can see how much your car has charged under the charging tile on the dashboard.
This session has charged 50 kWh.
To see the previous sessions, open the energy tile → statistics → see the pink/purple graph.
