Operational lights
Booting
Rainbow colours rotating clockwise indicates that Charge is starting up.
Standby
Solid dimmed white indicates that Charge is powered on, but not connected to a car.
Ready to charge, waiting for the car
Solid white with full brightness indicates that Charge is successfully connected to the car and waiting for the car to start charging.
Ready to charge, waiting for the smart system
Solid blue with full brightness indicates that Charge is successfully connected to the car and waiting for the smart system to start the charging session.
Charging
Blue light rotating clockwise indicates an active charging session.
Charging complete/stopped by the car
Solid green light with full brightness indicates that the charging session is complete or stopped by the car.
Waiting for authentication
Charge is waiting for authentication from the system or user.
If stuck at this indicator, please check the app.
Successful operation
Charge is confirming with a green blink that an action was successful, e.g.:
- Authentication approved
- Configuration saved
Installation lights
Installation mode (not configured)
Clockwise turning orange light means the charger is waiting for configuration or is in the configuration process.
Bluetooth connected when installing
Clockwise turning orange light, with solid blue on the bottom indicates installation mode with a successful Bluetooth connection.
OTA update in progress
The charger is being updated and the purple light will indicate the progress. Divided into quarters of 25% steps.
Do not restart the app or Charge when this is ongoing, even if it looks stuck!
Error lights
Unsuccessful operation
Yellow light blink for 1 second indicates that an operation was unsuccessful. E.g. Authentication between the Charge and the car failed.
Please try the operation again. If the error is still present, try restarting Charge by flipping the fuse.
WiFi fault
Lower 1/4 of the ring is showing constant orange indicating loss in WiFi connection. The rest of the ring will show the operational status.

Zigbee fault
Upper 1/4 of the ring is showing a constant orange indicating loss in Zigbee connection. The rest of the ring will show the operational status.

Critical errors - do not use Charge - call the installer
Critical error
2 x red blink with full brightness and 1 second pause indicates a critical error.
Wiring problem
Clockwise rotating red light, 50% brightness, indicates a wiring problem.
Make sure the wiring is correct, according to the supply circuit and the grid type.
Overvoltage
The upper half blinks twice, then 2 second pause.
Overcurrent
The upper half blinks three times, then 2 second pause, indicating overcurrent.
Undercurrent
The lower half blinks three times, then 2 second pause, indicating undercurrent.
Contactor failure
2 x red blink with full brightness and 2 seconds pause indicates a fault with the relay.
Overtemperature
3 x red blink with full brightness, followed by 2 seconds pause, indicates an internal overtemperature.
PE fault
Solid red light means a PE (grounding) issue.
