I can’t find my network?

Check signal strength by scanning for the network on your phone and try to connect.
- If you can’t find the network - Test the signal by moving closer to the router.
- If you find the network when closer, it means that the signal strength is too weak at Charges location.
Solution: Extend the signal with a WiFi mesh or range extender solution.
- If you can’t find the network, something is wrong with the router.
Solution: Restart the router by unplugging the power for 2 min before plugging it back in.
- If you find the network on your phone, but not on Charge, you need to activate 2,4GHz on your router.
Solution: Enter the router settings, either locally through the router or through your internet providers platform, and activate 2,4 GHz network. If you don’t know how to do this, please contact your internet provider.
- If you can’t find the network after activating 2,4 GHz, you need to test the signal in step 1 again.
- If you can’t find the network - Test the signal by moving closer to the router.
Connection failed
- Verify that you provided the correct password.
- Connect your phone to the same network to test the credentials.
- Make sure the connection has not been disrupted while connecting to it.
- Connect to the network on your phone and check if it’s online by opening a page in your browser.
Lost connection after setup
If you lost connection after setup, you need to test the internet connection.

Test the connection on other devices, e.g. your phone.
- If you don’t have connection on your phone, restart you router. If that doesn’t work, you need to contact your internet provider
- If you have connection on your phone, go to Charge’s location and test again.
- If you have connection when located next to Charge, try to reconnect Charge to the internett.
Solution: Open the Futurehome app → Click the ev charging tile → Click on the charger → Click settings → Wifi configuration → Follow instructions in the app.

If the connection keeps dropping, you either have unstable internet connection or too weak signal on Charge’s location.
Solution: Extend the signal with a WiFi mesh or range extender solution.
