Bluetooth connection issues

If you are having trouble connecting to Charge with Bluetooth, follow these steps:

  1. make sure that Charge is powered on.
  2. make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  3. move closer to the charger.
  4. check the list of ‘known Bluetooth devices’ on your phone. Delete Charge, if it’s on the list.
  5. disconnect the charger from power and reconnect it.
  6. restart your phone.

If the solutions above have not resolved the issue, try finding the source of a problem by following the steps:

  1. try to pair your phone with a different Bluetooth-enabled device.
  2. try to pair the charger with a different phone.

This will help you identify whether the issue is with the device or your phone.

 

Note: We have seen that some older Samsung phones and the Motorola G5 have some Bluetooth connection issues. If you encounter this issue with one of these phones, please try another phone.
