The most common reason for the Smarthub not responding is a lack of internet connection or the wrong household being selected in the app.
Try this first:
- Check that you have selected the correct location in the Futurehome app. (Grey arrow at the top right).
- Check that you have internet access. It could also be a defective network cable.
If you still cannot connect to the Smarthub, you should contact our support.
