Issues with Futurehome HAN and Kamstrup AMS

We have identified a problem where the Futurehome HAN sensor does not report data from certain Kamstrup AMS meters. This is due to low voltage from the HAN port adapter in the Kamstrup AMS meter, which causes the HAN sensor to not receive sufficient power.

Due to this, we have developed new hardware in the HAN sensor that allows the sensor to operate on lower voltage. This sensor has the hardware version 3.2.1. If you encounter this issue, check the version of you HAN sensor and contact support with this information.

To check the version number, open the cover on the sensor and look for HW: 3.x.x on the label placed on the plug.
