If you have migrated to the new app and do not see any devices, this may be one of two things.
- Synchronizing info. This means simply retrieving all the information about the devices and settings on the hub. This can be found in the new app under settings 🔧 → household → hub settings → synchronize info. If this does not help, try updating the hub. This is also found under hub settings → update software.
- Option number 2 is that the devices have not been reconfigured after updating from 1.7 to 1.9. You can identify this by opening the old app (Futurehome Classic) → setup ⚙️ → devices. On this list you will see that most devices have a number instead of their model name. These devices need to be reconfigured. Click on the device → advanced → reconfigure. Go one step back to the device list and look at the number of your device. Once this has been given its name, you can go to the next one.
