Some customers have experienced that the Smarthub is unresponsive today, despite appearing to be online. The symptoms include no response from any devices, no status from devices (e.g., power consumption, temperature, lights, etc.), and the mode button missing from the navigation bar. The issue is likely due to a disruption in backend services, which we are currently investigating. A temporary solution is to restart the Smarthub (power off - wait 3 minutes - power on).
