Easee - issues with Easee integration

Easee has made a change to their systems to improve security which affects some of the users with the Easee integration installed. This is a guide to temporarily circumvent the issue caused by this change. We are currently investigating together with Easee to find a solution.

You might experience that the Futurehome app does not reflect the status of the charger and/or the Easee app, please do the following:

  1. Open the Futurehome app and click settings.
  2. Click Playground and find and click Easee.
  3. At the bottom, check the "connection status".
  4. If it says DISCONNECTED, click the stop button.
  5. Wait 10 minutes.
  6. Click the play button, click the three dots, log out and then log back in.
    Your statuses should read like this (see picture below):
  7. Go back to main settings page → devices → locate your charger(s) → give them a name and allocate to a room → save.
