Easee has made a change to their systems to improve security which affects some of the users with the Easee integration installed. This is a guide to temporarily circumvent the issue caused by this change. We are currently investigating together with Easee to find a solution.
You might experience that the Futurehome app does not reflect the status of the charger and/or the Easee app, please do the following:
- Open the Futurehome app and click settings.
- Click Playground and find and click Easee.
- At the bottom, check the "connection status".
- If it says DISCONNECTED, click the stop button.
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Click the play button, click the three dots, log out and then log back in.
Your statuses should read like this (see picture below): - Go back to main settings page → devices → locate your charger(s) → give them a name and allocate to a room → save.
